These terms govern your use of theinnercirclefit.com and any consult or contact request you send to The Inner Circle (Ryan and Corbi — in-home personal training in Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
Using this site
You may browse the site and request a consult for lawful, personal purposes. Do not misuse the site (for example, flooding forms, attempting to break in, scraping, or submitting false information). We may refuse or remove a request if we believe it is abusive or incomplete.
Consult requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting the schedule form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A slot is not booked until a member of our coaching staff reviews it and confirms with you (typically by email). Available times shown on the site can change. We may propose a different time if a request cannot be honored.
Not medical advice
Information on this website, and any conversation or session with Ryan or Corbi, is for fitness coaching and general wellness support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for checking with a physician or other qualified health professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or are unsure whether training is appropriate. Training involves physical activity and a risk of injury. You participate at your own risk.
No guaranteed results
People respond differently to training. We do not promise specific outcomes (weight, strength, appearance, or otherwise). Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your health, consistency, and daily habits.
Scheduling, changes, and cancellation
Once a consult or session is confirmed, please give us reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel so we can offer the time to someone else. We do not publish a fixed cancellation-fee schedule on this site. How we handle late changes, no-shows, or refunds is at the coaching staff’s discretion and will be explained when we confirm your session or if a situation comes up.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, logo, and photos belong to The Inner Circle (or are used with permission). You may not copy, republish, or use them for your own business without our written consent. You may share a link to our homepage.
Limitation of liability
We provide this website “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, The Inner Circle, Ryan, and Corbi are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from a consult request (for example, lost time or missed opportunities). Our responsibility for claims related to the website itself is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us solely to use this website (which is typically nothing). This does not limit liability that the law says we cannot limit, such as for our own intentional misconduct.
In-person training is a separate relationship. Any additional terms for ongoing coaching will be discussed directly with you.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida have venue for disputes arising from this site or these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
