Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how The Inner Circle — Ryan and Corbi’s in-home personal training service in Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast — collects, uses, and shares information when you visit theinnercirclefit.com, send a message, or request a consult.
Who we are
The Inner Circle is a private, in-home personal training practice serving Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast (including Stuart and Fort Pierce). Coaching is provided by Ryan and Corbi.

Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to send through our contact form and scheduling form:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- City
- Message (contact form)
- Notes (scheduling form)
- Preferred date and time, plus timezone (scheduling form)
Required fields are name and email (and a preferred date and time when you request a slot). Phone, city, message, and notes are optional. We also receive a hidden “website” field used only as a spam honeypot; if it is filled in, the submission is ignored.
We do not collect payment-card numbers through this site. If you later pay for training, that is handled separately with our coaching team.
How we use it
We use this information only to:
- Reply to your message
- Review and schedule consults
- Send session reminders (including about 24 hours and 2 hours before a booked session)
- Send the coaching team a daily digest of new booking activity
- Keep a simple record of leads and bookings so Ryan and Corbi can follow up
We do not use your information for advertising networks or sell it to anyone.
Where it is stored
Contact and scheduling records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database bound to our website worker. Cloudflare hosts that infrastructure. Emails we send (replies, confirmations, reminders, and the daily digest) go to the coaching team at theinnercirclepsl@gmail.com and, when we confirm a request, to the address you provided.
Who can see it
The coaching team (Ryan and Corbi) can see submissions. Staff access to the internal
admin tools at /admin is token-gated: a secret admin token
must be presented. The public cannot browse leads or bookings.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect people from serious harm. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and similar storage
The public website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Forms submit over HTTPS to our own worker; there is no third-party tracking pixel on these pages.
The staff admin area stores a login token in the browser’s sessionStorage
so coaches stay signed in during a session. The server can also accept a functional
admin_token cookie if one is sent. Those are used only to authenticate
staff — not to track visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and booking records as long as they are useful for coaching, scheduling, and follow-up, or until you ask us to delete them (unless we need to keep a record for a legal reason).
Your choices
You can email theinnercirclepsl@gmail.com to ask what we have on file, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Children
This site and these forms are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
Location and law
We operate in Florida, United States. This policy is intended for visitors and clients in the U.S. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States.
Changes
If we change how we handle information in a material way, we will update this page and the effective date above.
